Sashi conducted a yoga workshop for 25 employees at the BNP Paribas office at Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, on September 21, 2016. This was aimed at helping them beat the corporate stress and not let work pressure affect their physical health and state of mind. All 25 participants were left feeling calm, considerably relaxed and rejuvenated. They were made to understand and experience how yoga and pranayam can help them achieve higher levels of energy, focus, productivity and overall better health.
