55 women got together at The Yoga Institute on June 20, 2017, with a single goal – to improve their life through yoga and pranayam. All between 50 to 70 years of age, we discussed their health issues, lifestyle problems and common causes of stress at their age, and how to effectively manage it without letting it affect the physical, mental and emotional health and well being. After a relaxing and rejuvenating session of yoga and pranayam, each one of them felt better equipped to face every challenge life has to offer.
