This year, on International Day of Yoga, June 21, 2018, I had the utmost privilege of conducting a special yoga session at the Raj Bhavan (Governor’s House) in South Mumbai, with the honorable Governor of Maharashtra Mr. C. Vidyasagar Rao in attendance. It was an honor to conduct a yoga session for the head of the state of Maharashtra. The Governor, with his aides and staff members, and other government officials enjoyed an energizing and rejuvenating session in an ornate and beautifully designed room of the Raj Bhavan.
