This International Day of Yoga on June 21, 2020, I also had the privilege of conducting an online Trataka Session for the AYUSH Ministry. The COVID situation required us to conduct the session via the internet while staying in the safety of our homes.
The session was well appreciated. Participants found the eye exercises extremely helpful and relaxing, and vowed to do them everyday.
