On July 25, 2020, I held an online session on Living Yoga OFF the Mat. A lot of us practice yoga, but our practice is restricted to the duration on our yoga session. Our yoga for the day ends with the end of our yoga class. But this needn’t be so. Yoga is much more than a workout or a form of exercise. It’s a lifestyle, and there are a number of ways we can live yoga all day every day.
The session had 65-70 attendees. It was very well received and I felt very encouraged by the feedback received. The participants were enthusiastic and kept their minds open to the ideas being discussed.
