I recently had the privilege of conducting a webinar for The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, on “Yoga for Emotional and Mental Health” in association with the Ministry of AYUSH. I conducted the second of a series of five daily webinars facilitated by the Ministry on the occasion of #InternationalDayofYoga2021. These were streamed live on Facebook and YouTube.
The webinars were designed around the message “Be With Yoga, Be At Home.” The one I conducted was aimed at empowering and enabling people to maintain their mental and emotional balance even during tough times. Maintaining an equilibrium through all stages and phases of life is paramount to long term wellbeing.
