IDY2023: Special Online Chair Yoga Session for KEC Datamatics

On International Day of Yoga 2023, I conducted a special online chair yoga session for KEC Datamatics. Over 80 members of the company participated in the virtual event. The focus was on stretches they could do on a chair while working in the office. This would help counteract the ill-effects of sitting for long hours.

The most perfect yoga class in Bandra! The instructor, Shashi, is fabulous. It's a perfect combination of Pranayama (breathing exercises) and the Asanas (postures). I have been attending Sashi's yoga classes since the last 3 years. Sashi's understanding of the human body and mind and how each aasan affects the mind and body is explained... so.beautifully. Her mix of aasans and almost each session is different than the other with almost no repetition of the aasans is astounding. My blood pressure has been in control due to her classes. Also outstanding location of the studio far away from the hustle bustle despite being at the heart of pali hill is another plus. Wish Sashi all the best.read more
