Yoga Central is Moving to a Location Nearby

Come February 2017, Yoga Central will be moving to a new location on Pali Hill, Bandra west, not far from it’s current location in Rizvi Complex. Here is the new address:

K. Wadia, Block no. 76,
Nargis Dutt Road, Pali Hill,
Bandra west.

This is going to be in an outhouse surrounded by trees with a foliage rich pathway leading up to it. Work is underway, and I am very excited about how the place is shaping up. Will be posting pictures very soon.

It’s been a month I have joined yoga central but l am loving the class.Although it’s a group session but Shashi gives individual attention to each one of her students.I am very happy and highly recommended..

A group class with personalised attention. That’s Shashi for you.A class which has right amounts of prayanam, asana’s and inversions. The yoga class makes you feel light at the end of it. A must do for a good morning start.

I have been attending Sashi's yoga classes since a few months and have found them extremely good. She does a lovely combination of pranayams, asanas and meditation and its so well balanced. Each part of your body is stretched and worked upon. Every class is unique and has different set of asanas. My love for yoga has definitely increased and I look forward to her class :)

The most perfect yoga class in Bandra! The instructor, Shashi, is fabulous. It's a perfect combination of Pranayama (breathing exercises) and the Asanas (postures). Also, she has complete knowledge of her profession and will make you hold postures which ultimately give the utmost benefits of doing Yoga. Totally recommend!!

I have been attending Sashi's yoga classes since the last 3 years. Sashi's understanding of the human body and mind and how each aasan affects the mind and body is explained so.beautifully. Her mix of aasans and almost each session is different than the other with almost no repetition of the aasans is astounding. My blood pressure has been in control due to her classes. Also outstanding location of the studio far away from the hustle bustle despite being at the heart of pali hill is another plus. Wish Sashi all the best.
