Special Yoga Class on the Beach in Goa

Earlier this year, Sashi conducted a special yoga session on a beach in Goa while on holiday there. The sun, sand and surf made for an excellent backdrop, and made everyone want to experience a rejuvenating and enriching hour of combination yoga techniques. Needless to say, everyone earned their breakfast that day!

Earlier this year Sashi conducted a special yoga class in Pehelgaum while on a holiday. Friends and family from other parts of the country insisted on getting a taste of her holistic yoga class experience. Here are some snapshots from that day. The most perfect yoga class in Bandra! The instructor, Shashi, is fabulous. It's a perfect combination of Pranayama (breathing exercises) and the Asanas (postures). I have been attending Sashi's yoga classes since the last 3 years. Sashi's understanding of the human body and mind and how each aasan affects the mind and body is explained... so.beautifully. Her mix of aasans and almost each session is different than the other with almost no repetition of the aasans is astounding. My blood pressure has been in control due to her classes. Also outstanding location of the studio far away from the hustle bustle despite being at the heart of pali hill is another plus. Wish Sashi all the best.read more
