The most perfect yoga class in Bandra! The instructor, Shashi, is fabulous. It's a perfect combination of Pranayama (breathing exercises) and the Asanas (postures). Also, she has... complete knowledge of her profession and will make you hold postures which ultimately give the utmost benefits of doing Yoga. Totally recommend!!read more

I have been attending Sashi's yoga classes since the last 3 years. Sashi's understanding of the human body and mind and how each aasan affects the mind and body is explained... so.beautifully. Her mix of aasans and almost each session is different than the other with almost no repetition of the aasans is astounding. My blood pressure has been in control due to her classes. Also outstanding location of the studio far away from the hustle bustle despite being at the heart of pali hill is another plus. Wish Sashi all the best.read more
