Online Women’s Yoga Camp with Hansaji – May 18, 2023

I had the profound privilege of conducting an online Yoga Camp for Women with Hansaji herself. This camp focused on women's health related problems, and how to prevent, manage, and treat them. Over 50 women attended this informative and eye-opening session. Here are some pictures.

The most perfect yoga class in Bandra! The instructor, Shashi, is fabulous. It's a perfect combination of Pranayama (breathing exercises) and the Asanas (postures). I have been attending Sashi's yoga classes since the last 3 years. Sashi's understanding of the human body and mind and how each aasan affects the mind and body is explained... so.beautifully. Her mix of aasans and almost each session is different than the other with almost no repetition of the aasans is astounding. My blood pressure has been in control due to her classes. Also outstanding location of the studio far away from the hustle bustle despite being at the heart of pali hill is another plus. Wish Sashi all the best.read more
