Sashi’s yoga classes are beyond words. The feeling at the end of each and every class is so good, it’s almost addictive. More than two years on, the difference I feel both mentally and physically is stupendous. Month on month I have been seeing myself getting stronger, more flexible, less prone to health issues, and more at peace. Sashi has managed to make me a yogi for life.

I have been attending Sashi's yoga classes since a few months and have found them extremely good. She does a lovely combination of pranayams, asanas and meditation and its so well balanced. Each part of your body is stretched and worked upon. Every class is unique and has different set of asanas. My love for yoga has definitely increased and I look forward to her class :)

The most perfect yoga class in Bandra! The instructor, Shashi, is fabulous. It's a perfect combination of Pranayama (breathing exercises) and the Asanas (postures). Also, she has complete knowledge of her profession and will make you hold postures which ultimately give the utmost benefits of doing Yoga. Totally recommend!!

I have been attending Sashi's yoga classes since the last 3 years. Sashi's understanding of the human body and mind and how each aasan affects the mind and body is explained so.beautifully. Her mix of aasans and almost each session is different than the other with almost no repetition of the aasans is astounding. My blood pressure has been in control due to her classes. Also outstanding location of the studio far away from the hustle bustle despite being at the heart of pali hill is another plus. Wish Sashi all the best.
